摘要: The first synthesis of racemic pandanusines A and B pandalizine C, isolated from Pandanus amaryllifolius, is reported. key synthetic step an efficient tandem reaction sequence initiated by the photooxidation easily prepared furylalkylamine precursor. In this sequence, methylene blue plays a dual catalytic role photosensitizer redox catalyst, in generating singlet oxygen second facilitating triplet reaction. Through pandanusine B, proposed structure has been revised.
