摘要: The identification of distinct T helper lymphocyte subsets (Th1/2) with polarised cytokine production has opened up new fields in immunobiology. Of the several alternative methods monitoring production, flow cytometric analysis intracellular staining advantages and pitfalls. It allows high throughput samples multiparameter characterisation on a single cell basis without need for prolonged vitro culture cloning.
