摘要: We propose a scheme for coherent control of population transfer and arbitrary superpositions quantum states by single-chirped laser pulse in Λ-type excited-doublet four-level system. It is shown that selective, efficient, robust from the initial state to target (excited or ground) can be achieved via chirped adiabatic passage when bandwidth smaller than about 1/10 energy separations between levels ground states. Moreover, states, higher either created appropriately tuning chirp rate detuning field. The proposed flexible method initially unpopulated requires only single pulse, against variations parameters, which has potential applications information processing.
