摘要: Local vehicle density estimation is increasingly becoming an essential factor of many vehicular ad-hoc network applications such as congestion control and traffic state estimation. This used to get approximate number neighbors within the transmission range since beacons do not give accurate accuracy about neighborhood. These due special characteristics VANETs high mobility, variation. To enhance performance these applications, local with minimum overhead needed. Most proposed strategies address global without a big attention on paper proposes improved approach for in terms overhead. The simulation results showed that our strategy allows interesting precision acceptable
