摘要: We present timing and broad band spectral studies of the high-mass X-ray binary pulsar 4U 1909+07 using data from Suzaku observations during 2010 November 2-3. The pulse period is estimated to be 604.11 ± 0.14 s. Pulsations are seen in light curve up ∼70 keV. profile found strongly energy-dependent: a complex, multi-peaked structure at low energy becomes simple single peak higher energy. that 1-70 keV pulse-averaged continuum can fit by sum blackbody partial covering Negative Positive power law with Exponential cutoff model. A weak iron fluorescence emission line 6.4 was detected spectrum. An absorption-like feature ∼44 clearly residuals fitting, independent model adopted. To check possible presence cyclotron resonance scattering (CRSF) spectrum, we normalized spectrum Crab Nebula. resulting ratio also showed clear dip centered performed statistical tests on fitting tomore » determine significance identified it as CRSF pulsar. corresponding surface magnetic field 3.8 × 10{sup 12} G.« less
