摘要: Publisher Summary The Central China Orogenic Belt (CCOB) is the largest known ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic (UHPM) belt. It extends from Sulu in Eastern China, via Dabie, Qinling, and North Qaidam mountains to Altyn Tagh some 3000 km west. Since discovery of coesite diamond-bearing rocks Dabie Shan, belt has been studied intensively. Some results have led controversy regarding number (U)HP events their absolute relative ages. prominence Shan as part UHPM reflected by a wealth published work since over 20 years ago.
