摘要: Objective: To investigate the precision and accuracy of continuous pulse contour cardiac output (PCCO) compared with intermittent transcardiopulmonary (TCPCO) pulmonary artery thermodilution (TDCO) measurements in patients undergoing minimally invasive coronary bypass surgery (MIDCAB). Design: Prospective, controlled, clinical study. Setting: University hospital. Participants: Twelve MIDCAB. Interventions: Thirty-six PCCO (CO) were simultaneously performed after start surgery, during grafting, at end surgery. TCPCO TDCO assessed by three injections ice-cold saline randomly spread over respiratory cycle. The device was initially calibrated an additional set aortic measurements. Measurements Main Results: Absolute values CO ranged between 1.6 9.2 L/min. A close agreement among techniques observed all measurements. Mean bias 0.003 L/min (2 SD differences methods = 1.26 L/min) 0.27 1.16 L/min), respectively. correlation coefficients r2 0.90 for versus 0.88 PCCO. Conclusion: results present study show that CO, analysis enables accurate measurement MIDCAB.
