摘要: The present study was aimed investigating the effect of water deficit and chitosan spraying on osmotic adjustment soluble protein cultivars castor bean under field condition. experiment carried out as a split factorial based randomized complete block design with three replications. results showed that caused increase significant (P<0.05) in concentration sugars proline content leaves bean. most amount total obtain Levels (D2: Water beginning flowering stage, D3: seedling 0.042%) minimum related to treatment control (D1: Irrigation , 0.014%) maximum (D3: stage) Irrigation). Also Deficit decrease Protein content. mean comparison shows Irrigation, 26.79%) from Flowering 21.04%). also had between different (P<0.01) sugars. Chitosan no Adjustment protein. accumulation osmolytes can help plant maintain cell turgor structural integrity membranes. herb is drought tolerant, experimental our, But, sugars, result show cultivar Ahvaz local therefore suggested Local condition rate other toleranter, we be attention Damghan Climate condition, there Cultivate cultivar.
