摘要: Abstract : Effects-Based Operations (EBO) has been a buzzword and part of Air Force lingo since the overwhelming success air campaign in Operation Desert Storm 1991. Even though EBO was not coined military operational terms until last decade 20th century, thinking effects existed trade for ages. One need only look at early doctrine strategic bombing from Corps Tactical School that later evolved into final American plan World War II.
