摘要: Fundus imaging has become an integral part of the retinal examination. Several techniques fundus are available for clinicians and researchers. The scanning laser ophthalmoscope is innovative system that greatly improving because advantages it offers over traditional photography. A specialized able to produce a picture essentially entire retina in single image through nonmydriatic pupil. Wide-field angiography can be used diagnose disease, aid management decisions, follow effectiveness treatment many diseases. Wide-field delineates larger area circulation than fluorescein angiography. Expert analysis wide-field images provides reliable assessment patient’s sufficient detail enable ophthalmologist detect subtle pathological changes such as tears, holes, hemorrhages. Currently, scanning-laser been accepted supplement clinical examination but not replacement it. Wide-field currently being validated screening tool certain pathologies diabetic retinopathy detachments. Wide-field special following progression choroidal diseases, specifically, large or peripheral nevi, tumors, metastases. New developed pioneered combine with different technologies, optical coherence tomography indocyanine-green catapult this technology even higher level delineating pathology.
