摘要: Little has been reported regarding aortic–enteric fistula (AEF) as a complication of gynecologic cancers because its rarity. However, since it is lethal if left untreated, medical practitioners involved with diseases should be aware this deadly condition. In our hospital, we encountered two cases cervical cancer complicated by AEF. both cases, contrast computed tomography (CT) revealed leakage the material from an artery into small intestine, indicating Endovascular procedures complete embolization affected arteries and femoro-femoral bypass (f-f bypass) were performed in hybrid operation room. The activities daily living improved dramatically for patients, they survived 3 months before dying cancer. While endovascular methods f-f room is, therefore, available option treating AEF, literature lacking more research required to improve long-term outcomes disease.
