摘要: Aneurysms with an acutely angled parent artery are difficult to access for coiling. This study aimed investigate the safety and effectiveness of microcatheter looping embolization cerebral aneurysms difficulty. Ten patients (male:female=5:5) treated technique were analyzed retrospectively. The formed acute angle major in five aneurysms. was looped into a “α” loop treatment anterior temporal aneurysm “U” remaining nine aneurysms. All ten successfully technique. tip navigated sac remained stable throughout process. All occluded total occlusion near-total five, patent all cases. No complications occurred peri-procedurally. Glasgow Outcome Scale 5 before discharge. Follow-up angiography six 12 months later revealed good status aneurysms. The is effective when conventional fails treat especially forming exacerbates
