摘要: Abstract A few results of a systematic study the dielectric properties water-alcohol and alcohol-alcohol solutions in whole concentration range are reported. The relaxation processes have been measured up to 10 GHz by time domain reflectometry over temperature from −37 +25° C. From analysis experimental spectra, static constant, ϵ 0 , characteristic time, τ I principal band as functions obtained. data discussed terms strength associating effect hydrogen bond. model, based on bond dynamics, originally introduced pure liquids, is tentatively extended binary solutions.
