摘要: Objective To analyze information on resource allocation in the context of COVID-19 pandemic, published indexed scientific journals, from December 2019 to March 2020. Methods This is an integrative literature review, which took place All databases were investigated and studies found only MEDLINE. After applying established criteria, six articles selected. Results It was evident that resources carried out as demands emerge. The fragility presenting scientific-methodological evidence can guide decision makers for assertive available highlighted. results showed this subject are incipient need be expanded. Final considerations health organizations area authorities better prepared proper use resources, with based maximization indicated.
