摘要: Abstract Purpose To assess corneal regular and irregular astigmatism using Fourier series harmonic analysis of videokeratography data in normal subjects, as well subjects with pathologic postsurgical conditions. Study design Retrospective, case-control study. Participants Two hundred eyes, 58 eyes keratoconus, 24 suspect 100 that underwent LASIK, 101 photorefractive keratectomy (PRK), 79 penetrating keratoplasty (PK). Methods Videokeratography were decomposed, analysis, into spherical power, astigmatism, asymmetry, higher order irregularity. Results The range the indices was defined mean ±2×standard deviation which 40.81–47.13 diopters (D) for 0–1.04 D 0.02–0.68 0.05–0.17 keratoconus groups showed significantly greater values all than did group ( P Conclusions index (asymmetry irregularity) to support future studies this field. Eyes ocular conditions evaluated range.
