摘要: There has been marked progress in our understanding of the role natural killer (NK) cells immune responses, mainly due to identification NK-cell receptors and their ligands. The genes encoding many are located NK-gene complex (NKC). Here, we review properties NKC-encoded receptors, provide a genomic conceptual framework for an insight into function biology.
