摘要: PURPOSE Unhealthy dietary patterns (DP) in childhood are associated with cardiovascular disease adulthood. DP children and adolescents congenital heart (CHD) unknown. The aims of this study were to describe DPs CHD evaluate their associations central adiposity, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) carotid intima-media thickness (cIMT). METHODS A cross-sectional including 232 CHD. Dietary data based on three 24-h recalls. Central adiposity was evaluated by waist circumference. hs-CRPs determined nephelometry. cIMT measured using ultrasound. identified principal component analysis. Data examined logistic linear regressions. RESULTS Six identified. In multivariable-adjusted analysis, unhealthy (high intake poultry, red meat, cold cuts processed meats, soft drinks sweetened beverages) healthy fish, eggs, bread, beans, tubers roots, fruit juice) increased decreased odds respectively (Odds ratio (OR): 2.10; 95% confidence interval (95% CI) 1.09; 4.02; OR: 0.48 CI 0.24; 0.93). Besides, low-fat dairy milk dairy, mixed dishes, ultra-processed breads, candy chocolate) inversely (β: - 0.024; - 0.04; - 0.01). CONCLUSION seems increase the risk while decrease adiposity. Still, cIMT. These findings may be helpful develop nutrition recommendations for early prevention
