摘要: Abstract It was demonstrated recently that quantitative temperature and CO measurements can be conducted by spontaneous Raman scattering (SRS) in non-sooting diesel-like biofuel jets a vessel. In contrast, n-heptane is used as the fuel present study. This leads to slightly increased sooting tendency. One-dimensional are generally performed successfully. Fuel-injection pressure varied flame structure characterized, including jet core. Effects of pre-combustion mixture inhomogeneity particularly observed at lower injection (700 bar). Strong deviations from adiabatic-equilibrium conditions terms mole fraction fuel-rich fluid parcels. formation apparently affected turbulent mixing there. Relatively low temperatures measured around lift-off region, particular for highest (1500bar), indicating turbulence-chemistry interaction.
