摘要: Currently, there are two drugs on the market, gabapentin (Neurontin) and pregabalin (Lyrica), that proposed to exert their therapeutic effect through binding alpha2-delta subunit of voltage-sensitive calcium channels. This activity was unexpected, as had previously been considered not be a pharmacological target. In this review, role subunits is discussed mechanism action ligands in vitro vivo summarized. Finally, new insights into bind protein discussed.
