摘要: Abstract Eu3+ or Sm3+ ions individually doped bismuth oxybromide (BiOBr) phosphors with three-dimensional flower-like microsphere morphology were prepared by a solvothermal method. The variation of ethylene glycol and ethanol concentrations affected the surface microparticles, which was investigated field-emission scanning electron microscope images. crystallinity phase formation BiOBr microspheres analyzed X-ray diffraction patterns, confirming tetragonal space group P4/nmm (129). photoluminescence (PL) properties measured for Eu3+or single phosphors. From temperature-dependent PL emission spectra, activation energies samples estimated. spectra BiOBr:Eu3+ exhibited reddish orange at 616 nm due to characteristic 5D0 → 7F2 electronic transition blue excitation wavelength 464 nm. revealed an 603 nm under 408 nm. Also, intensities optimized BiOBr:Sm3+ increased after calcination 500 °C.
