摘要: Introduction: Pain and beliefs have an influence on the patient's course in rehabilitation, pain causes fears perception. The aim of this study is to understand evolutions during rehabilitation taking into account bio-psycho-social complexity.Patients methods: 631 consecutive patients admitted after a musculoskeletal traumatism were included assessed at admission discharge. was measured by VAS (Visual Analogical Scale), complexity Intermed scale, judgement Lickert scales. Four kinds evaluated: fear severe origin pain, movement, feeling distress (loss control). association between changes hospitalization linear regressions. Results: After adjustment for gender, age, education native language, with decrease higher probability decreasing their fears. For feeling, relationship weaker among bio-psycho-socially complex (odds-ratio 1.22 each 10mm/100 VAS) than non-complex (OR 1.47). Patients 30% or more seeing decrease, being stronger patient pain.Discussion: relationships evolution move same direction. feels less they could be able modify dysfunctional beliefs. When diminishes more, challenge increased. prognostic regard worse patients.
