摘要: On the basis of Gilliland's (1993) model selection system fairness, present study investigated relationships between procedures, perceived and job search decisions in both hypothetical actual organizations. We conducted two studies to test model. In Study 1, we used an experimental method examine seekers' perceptions of, reactions to, five widely procedures.
