摘要: A basic issue in transboundary fishery management is the new member problem. In this paper we address problem of allocating profits between charter members and entrants, once nations concerned have expressed an interest achieving agreement.Using game theory argue that case independent countries adjustment from Nash equilibrium can be achieved by means proportional rule.Furthermore, propose population monotonic allocation scheme as rule for division within a coalition. Finally, show equal net gain value used to expand
