摘要: Fluorescent imaging techniques for visualization of nuclear structure and function in live cells are fundamentally important exploring major cellular events. The ideal labeling method is capable realizing label-free, situ, real-time, long-term nucleus cells, which can fully obtain the nucleus-relative information effectively alleviate negative effects alien probes on metabolism.
