摘要: Abstract Pozzolans play an important role when added to Portland cement because they usually increase the mechanical strength and durability of concrete structures. The most effects in cementitious paste microstructure are changes pore structure produced by reduction grain size caused pozzolanic reactions effect (PE) obstruction pores voids action finer grains (physical or filler effect). Few published investigations quantify these two effects. Twelve mixtures were tested this study: one with (control), nine 12.5%, 25% 50% replacement fly ash, rice husk ash limestone filler; (12.5+12.5)% (25+25)% ash. All prepared water/binder ratios 0.35, 0.50, 0.65. compressive for samples was calculated MPa per kg cement. remaining contents calcium hydroxide combined water also tested. results show that physical have increased as mineral addition mixture, being higher after 91 days than 28 days. When same values compared (35 65 MPa), it observed (FE) more effect. PE stronger binary ternary proportions higher.
