摘要: Contemporary work environments are increasingly characterized by distributed collaboration. We argue that such collaboration is enabled through the enactment of a 'collaborative infrastructure' composed shared practices, discourses, and objects. present model describes these elements their interrelationships. The further indicates development practices artifacts organizations engaged in mediated emergence common discourses between parties. demonstrate importance infrastructures' fostering examining ‘1000-day Information Revolution’ at Haier Group - an enterprise-wide IT-enabled business transformation exercise involved multiple organizational groups. case highlights interplay among objects as well centrality discourse promoting collaborative relationships. conclude study proposing possible avenues for future research.
