摘要: Abstract The swelling and subsequent aggregation of rat platelets induced by ADP was systematically studied. Platelet stickiness occurred during the phase only transient. Prostaglandin E 1 (PGE ), which is one strongest inhibitors platelet aggregation, (1) inhibited ADP-induced (2) stimulated recovery process from swollen state without affecting metabolism added ADP. PGE 2 had no significant effect on cell in contrast to its promoting aggregation. significance behavior discussed with reference adenyl cyclase contractile system.
