摘要: Antidepressant pharmacotherapy is to date the most often used treatment for depression, but exact mechanism of action underlying its therapeutic effect still unclear. Many theories have been put forward account as well antidepressant activity, none them exhaustive. Neuroimmune endocrine impairment found in depressed patients; high levels circulating corticosteroids along with hyperactivation immune system, proinflammatory cytokines, low melatonin plasma and urine, disentrainment circadian rhythms demonstrated. Moreover, seems correct or at least interfere these alterations. In this review, we summarize complex neuroimmune chronobiological alterations patients depression how systems interact each other. We also explain therapy can modify systems, some possible mechanisms shown animal human models.
