摘要: Abstract Using pressurized electro-osmotic dewatering (PEOD) as the pretreatment process for sewage sludge (SS) bio-drying can improve performance, but kinetics of volatile solids biodegradation and water mass balance are still unknown. These processes were first investigated in this study. Experiments conducted with three different initial materials, which composed SS, bio-dried product SS dewatered by PEOD (EDSS) ratios. Six kinetic models a nonlinear regression method used to estimate parameters, analyzed using four statistical indicators. Satisfactory fitting proposed model experimental data was achieved. Through balance, results showed that EDSS had best performance bio-drying. provided most appropriate conditions process; highest correlation coefficient 0.9291 total removal rate 51.13% all EDSS.
