摘要: While user involvement initiatives such as participatory design are welcome, in much they focus on design, only capable of advancing control so far. We argue that more attention should be paid to building a partnership between IT specialists and users extends over the whole system lifecycIe, is grounded upon what happens grapple with problems applying IT, i.e., appropriating its functionalities affordances into their work practices relations.
