摘要: In acute stroke, distal cerebrovascular occlusions can be linked to severe clinical symptoms, and treatment by mechanical thrombectomy may have an important impact. When intravenous fibrinolytic therapy is firmly contraindicated, it remains the only option. A total of 42 patients with isolated arterial absolute contraindication for were retrospectively included. Mechanical was performed using Penumbra 4MAX or 3MAX aspiration catheters. alone did not result in successful revascularization, a stent retriever added. Direct thromboaspiration first option all patients. 16.7% cases required additional use retriever. TICI score ≥ 2b reperfusion at end procedure obtained 76.2% Rankin Score 2 less 90 days 45.7%. Two hemorrhagic complications observed. appears safe technique occlusions. cohort therapy, significant percentage achieved good revascularization.
