摘要: Gastric carcinoma is a major cause of cancer death worldwide and, like most human cancers, probably develops after environmental insults acting on normal individuals and/or with increased genetic susceptibility. Mucins are attractive molecules to study the relationship between genetics and environment because they play an important role in protection gastric mucosa against exhibit highly polymorphic variation. We performed case-control using Southern blot analysis evaluate MUC1 gene polymorphism series blood donors (n=324) patients (n=159). found that distribution alleles significantly different two populations small genotypes more frequent than controls. Individuals at risk for development.
