摘要: E-learning systems are changing education and organizational training considerably. With the advancement of online-based learning systems, learner control instructional process has emerged as a decisive factor inherent to technology-based learning. However, conceptual work on role in e-learning not advanced sufficiently predict how impacts effectiveness. To extend research e-learning, we derive framework reference model, which is based cognitive motivational theories. We then apply our review 58 articles during period 1996-2013. Our findings reveal different individual characteristics, well characteristics course environment moderate impact analysis provides new insight into for effectiveness, directions further research.
