摘要: An efficient strategy to immobilize a non-aqueous soluble Hg2+ probe onto mesoporous silica is developed, and this immobilization subject several advantages regarding detection, such as improving sensing sensitivity selectivity, extending application from an organic/aqueous mixture pure aqueous medium, achieving removal of ions while detection. The selected probe, rhodamine B thiohydrazide, can be readily covalently immobilized through simple amide reaction subsequently exhibits more than 10 times enhancement for (limits detection are 0.81 ppb in form versus free form), adsorption capacity 192 mg/g. Brunauer-Emmett-Teller TEM characterizations demonstrate that the structure well remained after modification feature believed responsible improved properties. (C) 2014 Elsevier Ltd.
