摘要: Using fluorescence microscopy, the mouse monoclonal antibody 2G2 was found to label mitochondria in human cells, as assessed by double staining with either Rhodamine 123 or a polyclonal mitochondrial matrix HSP-60 proteins. No reactivity detected cells from mouse, rat and chicken. Immunoblotting analysis demonstrated that antigen corresponds protein relative mobility of 110 kDa an approximate isoelectric point 6.5 co-partitions proteins during isolation HeLa cells. Close examination pattern Fanconi's anaemia revealed differences morphology organization these two cell types. In appear individual tubular compartments variable length are closely associated vimentin filaments, particularly at periphery nucleus. have filamentous shape form interconnected cytoplasmic reticulum running parallel both filaments microtubules. After stabilization aldehyde- alcohol-based fixation protocols optimize preservation cytoskeletal components, epitope targeted may serve valuable marker investigation relationships between other cellular structures
