Electrochemically grown ZnO nanorods for hybrid solar cell applications

摘要: A hybrid solar cell is designed and proposed as a feasible reasonable alternative, according to acquired efficiency with the employment of zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorods ZnO thin films at same time. Both these structures were grown electrochemically poly(3-hexylthiophene):phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester; (P3HT:PCBM) was used an active polymer blend, which found be compatible prepared indium-tin-oxide (ITO) substrate base. This ITO base introduced mentioned structure in such way that, most efficient configuration optimized ITO/ZnO film/ZnO nanorod/P3HT: PCBM/Ag. Efficiency this device 2.44%. All works carried out electrochemically, that indeed for first time relatively lower temperatures.
