摘要: It is now generally accepted that because a child intellectually handicapped as result of biomedical or genetic damage, this does not necessarily mean he unable to benefit from educational methods his treatment and care must be predominantly medical. Indeed, much optimism being expressed at present regarding the effects approaches for such children nowhere more evident than in area early intervention. my intention examine question whether our justified.
