摘要: The capability to synthesize a broad spectrum of metal clusters (MCs) with their size controllable in subnanometer scale presents an enticing prospect for exploring nanosize-dependent properties. Here we report innovative design capping agent from polytriazolium poly(ionic liquid) (PIL) vesicular form solution that allows crafting variety MCs including transition metals, noble and bimetallic alloy precisely controlled sizes (~ 1 nm) record-high catalytic performance. ultrastrong stabilization power is result unusual synergy between the conventional binding sites heterocyclic cations PIL, in-situ generated polycarbene structure induced simultaneously reduction reaction.
