摘要: Bulbous plants play an important role in Turkey's biodiversity due to their great potential use various industries. Sea daffodils (Pancratium maritimum), one aspect of biological richness, represent bulbous plant that generally spreads on sand dunes and can be seen only the Mediterranean coast its certain beaches our country. In this study, genetic structure diversity four natural P. maritimum populations have been determined by RAPD nrSSR primers. Eight loci were analyzed. All loci, except SSR-20, found polymorphic. Genetic parameters such as mean number alleles for each (Na = 3.313), effective allele (Ne 2.190), Shannon's information index (I 0.728), observed heterozygosity (Ho 0.449) expected (He 0.396) calculated. A rather high proportion (81% nrSSR, 72% RAPD) was within-population variation remaining part between populations. According acquired UPGMA phenogram data, Igneada Camlikoy populations, which are geographically close, also genetically most similar The STRUCTURE analysis results supported constructed studied sea daffodil study include about
