摘要: Abstract Cell immunocapture microfluidic devices represent a rapidly developing field with many potential applications in medical diagnostics. The core of such approach lies the cell binding to antibody coated surfaces through their surface receptors. Here we show, that small recombinant protein binders (PBs) can be used for this purpose as well, advantage constructional flexibility, possibility fusion range tags and cheap mass production. For purpose, two different PBs derived from Albumin Binding Domain (ABDwt) streptococcal G, so called REX ARS ligands proved high affinity selectivity human interleukin-23 (IL-23R) IL-17 receptor A were used. Four variants recognizing epitopes on receptors same epitope one but having peptide spacer Avitag sequence necessary immobilization sensor tested cell-capture efficiency. glass Y-system planar channel working so-called stop-flow dynamic regime was designed. Up 60–74% efficiency model THP-1 cells REX/ARS practically no control ABDwt achieved. Moreover, specific mixture IL-17RA negative DU-145 cells demonstrated. We discuss role epitope, well influence effectivity THP-1 cell immunocapture. Results further exploited design rare cells
