摘要: SUMMARY: Nine hundred and fiftyseven strains of yeasts were isolated from fresh marketed strawberries over 2 seasons. There c. 105 viable yeasts/g strawberry: many more at 5° than 25°. Most the belonged to genus Cryptococcus. Every yeast colony counted was subjected identification tests selected by means a computer-made key, identifications done chiefly semiquantitative aerobic growth combined with fermentation microscopical examination vegetative cells.
