摘要: Vibrating the slope during cooling casting of a metallic alloy has shown helpful for causing microstructure more spherical and thinner in previous research by present authors. This paper gives results from direct observation SSM formation an NH4Cl-H2O with vibrating slope. It is found that vibration exerted to can break down solidification shell formed at surface through rapid chilling produce effectively fine globular grains microstructures. The main factors affecting grain include extent, frequency amplitude slope, superheat melt, respectively. higher amplitude, lower temperature will help finer grains.
