摘要: The microscopic theory of superconductivity was formulated in 1957 by Bardeen, Cooper, and Schrieffer. In the BCS model, ground state super electrons is built up pairs kept together an attractive interaction. An exchange phonons can give such attraction. superconducting condensate are correlated within a macroscopic distance. To excite electrons, or break pairs, certain gap energy needed. A number experimental confirmations were discussed already original paper. initiated many experiments. Some them provided stimulus to logical extensions theory. These have mainly been concerned with more realistic, energy-and momentum-dependent interaction than approximation. Lifetime aspects also importance. this short survey we describe results few experiments that test concepts pairing, phonon-mediated main emphases on powerful tunneling method variation transition temperature different physical chemical parameters.
