摘要: Abstract This study analyzes the determinants of changes in electricity generation intensity China and further uncovers reasons for differences between thermal sustainable power sectors. By developing a factorial-intertemporal nested decomposition technique using refined Laspeyres index, we demonstrate contributions structure, generation-to-consumption ratio, production consumption intensity, residential loss effects. Although sector has been lower than that sector, latter declined remarkably remained key driving overall intensity. Meanwhile, effect is main factor reduces Moreover, impact exceeds its sector. Ultimately, find sectors are mainly due to their
