Enhanced magnetoelectric properties in Bi0.95Ho0.05FeO3 polycrystalline ceramics

摘要: Abstract Polycrystalline samples of Ho doped BiFeO 3 were prepared by solid state reaction method and effect partial substitution on dielectric, magnetic ferroelectric properties was studied. High temperature dielectric results show two anomalies both in ɛ tan  δ , out which, anomaly at higher (∼400 °C) could be ascribed to antiferromagnetic Neel is a signature magnetoelectric coupling. The moment greatly improved the maximum magnetization found 0.736 emu/g. Saturated hysteresis loops observed for Bi 0.95 0.05 FeO with remnant polarization ( P r ) = 1.59 μC/cm 2 max ) = 2.56 μC/cm coercivity E c ) = 5.45 kV/cm. We have conducted comprehensive magnetodielectric room temperature. Magnetic field induced loop prime importance.
