摘要: A high-throughput direct-differential cDNA sequencing approach was employed to identify genes differentially expressed in normal breast as compared with cancer. Approximately 6000 sequence tags (ESTs) from libraries of and carcinoma were selected randomly subjected EST-sequencing analysis. The relative expression levels more than 2000 unique EST groups quantitatively versus cancerous breast. Of many putative genes, a cancer-specific gene, BCSGC1, which high abundance cancer library but scarcely library, identified marker. In situ hybridization analysis demonstrated stage-specific BCSG1 follows: undetectable or benign lesions, showed partial ductal situ, at an extremely level advanced infiltrating predicted amino acid gene has significant homology the non-amyloid beta protein fragment Alzheimer's disease amyloid protein. overexpression may indicate malignant progression highly carcinoma.
