摘要: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical utility a quantitative Aspergillus IgG assay for diagnosing chronic pulmonary aspergillosis. We examined Aspergillus-specific levels in patients who met following criteria: (i) (duration >3 months) or systemic symptoms, (ii) radiological evidence progressive (over months years) lesion with surrounding inflammation, and (iii) no major discernible immunocompromising factors. Anti-Aspergillus serum were retrospectively analyzed according defined classifications. Mean significantly higher proven group than those possible control groups (P < 0.01). Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis revealed that cutoff value cases 50 mg antigen-specific antibodies/liter (area under curve, 0.94; sensitivity, 0.98; specificity, 0.84). sensitivity specificity using 0.77 0.78, respectively. positive rates 97.9% 39.2%, respectively, whereas 6.6%. offers reliable aspergillosis may be an alternative conventional precipitin test.
