The Effect of Water Vapor and Temperature on the Reaction Behavior of AlN Powder at 1273 K to 1423 K (1000 °C to 1150 °C)

摘要: The reaction behavior of AlN powder at 1273 K to 1423 K (1000 °C 1150 °C) for 15 hours in Ar-20 vol pct H2O, air-20 vol pct and dry air was studied. Thermogravimetric analyses combination with XRD, Raman spectroscopy, FTIR TEM HRTEM were adopted investigate the phase microstructure sample after reaction. results show that H2O exhibits a higher tendency be oxidized than air. It reveals presence water vapor affects transport processes both oxide product powder. total mass gain wet is less due competition between O2. kinetics under three conditions diffusion controlled can dealt Chou’s model.
