Performance of FDG-PET/CT in the diagnosis of recurrent endometrial cancer

摘要: Objective To evaluate the accuracy of integrated positron emission tomography and computed (PET/CT) using 18-F-fl uorodeoxyglucose (FDG), compared with PET alone, in diagnosis suspected endometrial cancer recurrence. Methods Thirty women who had undergone primary surgery for histopathologically proven recurrence because clinical, cytological, biochemical, and/or radiological fi ndings were enrolled this study. PET/CT images evaluated by two different experienced radiologists consensus each modality. A nal was confi rmed histopathology, other imaging clinical follow-up longer than 1 year.
