摘要: The objective of this study is to investigate the characteristics location and prospects bear shelves built by Asiatic black bears in Jirisan National Park. Previous researchers have been analyzed terms places for resting eating, but we are going analyze based on prospect-and-refuge theory. Characteristics sites measured through field survey topographic analysis using digital elevation model (DEM). normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) used evaluate optimum crown density. Man-made objects identified viewshed geographical information system (GIS). Findings paper can be summarized as follows. First, most trees located deep inside mountainous national park, slopes 30~40 degrees, altitude 400~1,200m, relatively low density with NDVI value 0.4~0.6 compared average park. Second, height 12.44m, or 74% trees.
